Safety First, Always

Keeping dogs, owners and everyone in Bristol and Abbots Leigh safe and happy.

Our Safety Promise

Your dog's safety and wellbeing come before everything else. We're a family-run business, and a parent is always involved in and reachable during every walk, run and pet-sitting visit. We only ever care for a maximum of 3 dogs at a time, so no dog is ever rushed or left without attention.

What We Need From Owners

🐕 Honest behaviour info

Please tell us the truth about how your dog acts around people, children and other dogs. It keeps everyone safe.

💉 Up-to-date vaccinations

Dogs should be healthy and up to date with their vaccinations and flea/worm treatment before their first walk.

🦴 Your dog's own things

If your dog uses its own lead, a favourite ball or toy, or special treats, please hand them in at the start of the walk.

📞 Emergency details

We'll ask for your phone number and your vet's details, so we can reach you quickly if we ever need to.

How We Keep Dogs Safe on Every Walk

  • Dogs stay on the lead near roads, other dogs and busy areas.
  • We never take more than 3 dogs at once.
  • We always have fresh water and know where the nearest vet is.
  • A parent knows our route and is contactable the whole time.
  • We watch dogs carefully around children and other dogs, and calmly give space if a dog seems worried.
  • We clean up after every dog and wash up afterwards.
Our emergency plan: If a dog is ever unwell or hurt, we call the owner straight away and, if needed, take the dog to the vet right away. A parent is always involved.
